Lacaph is looking for a National Sales Manager to develop the Horeca channel for tea and coffee products.
1. Strategy and Analysis (45%)
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the hospitality industry, including but not limited to hotels, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, entertainment facilities, theme parks, gyms, offices, etc. Lacàph's main products are coffee and tea.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
2. Client Relationship Management (40%)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and business partners by providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to clients and potential customers.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and market trends.
3. Promotion, Collaboration, and Reporting (15%)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our coffee products and stories, spreading brand awareness and positive word of mouth.
• Coordinate with the Production and R&D teams to organize regular quality control, coffee training for customers, and develop customized products when inquiries arise.
• Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Business Development Director
• Minimum 6 years experience in FMCG, F&B, preferably in the food service industry.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills;
• A motivated person with a go-getter attitude, willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge and a passion for Vietnamese coffee and culture or have a strong interest in learning all about coffee.
