Mô tả công việc
We are a global dairy company and in top 10 largest dairy companies in Europe. As for business growing, we have established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam and is now looking for an enthusiastic and talented National Sales Manager who will be in charge of both modern trade and general trade channel.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To effectively build up and manage distribution partners, the salesforce and other interface between the company - distributors - customers so as to deliver profitable sales and growth of company business.
• Lead the development of Route-to-market strategy, sales plan, coverage & customer plans.
• Develop and provide a clear understanding of channel and customer insights, best practices and policies in Modern trade (MT) and General trade (GT).
• In collaboration with distribution partners to plan and execute company brand/product activities at the point-of-purchase and increase the brand market share; to develop and carry out tailored customer activity programs, promotional programs.
• Development and utilization of selling tools and support materials to sell and promote the company
products.
• Maximize product assortment in respective customers in MT and GT by listing "must-carry-items", including new products
• Deliver the agreed sales volume, value and contribution target for the company.
• Develop and implement procedures, files, records and KPI systems to ensure customer, sales processes and performance are managed in a well-organized and timely manner.
• Work as part of cross-functional team (sales, marketing, operation and related head-quarters teams) in order to meet business objectives; Manage all projects within specified budget and timeline.

Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATION :
• University graduate, ideally in business or commerce
• Skills Needed
- Selling, negotiation, presentation, analytical and planning skills
- Training/coaching/motivation skills to field sales people.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Points, etc.)
- Good at English communication (written/ oral).
- Multi-tasking abilities and be able to start from the scratch in an entrepreneurial environment
• Experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in management of sales and distribution network in either Dairy industry or Food/FMCG industry with proven track record.
- In which, at least 5 years of similar Sales Manager position, either nationwide channel responsibility or multi-channels responsibility
- Hands-on experience and customer relationship in Modern Trade channel (including Mom& Baby chains, etc.) are highlighted.
- Additional experience in either baby food or infant formula milk category is highly regarded.
- Understanding and knowledge of the trade, channel structure of both Modern trade (MT) and General trade (GT).
- Working experience in an international company and be able to communicate in English.
