National Security & Compliance Supervisor

Position Summary:
The role of the National Security & Compliance Supervisor is to support the National Security & Compliance Manager (NSCM) in monitoring the Distribution Centres (DCs), business units and contractors of Linfox Viet Nam to comply the security policy and relevant regulations.
Ensure Distribution Centres (DCs) comply and maintain the company's rules and regulations on Security, Safety, and loss prevention.
Key Accountabilities:
• Monitor and support DCs to ensure that all employees to understand and comply with the security standard procedures.
• On behalf of NSCM to participate in meetings, resolve the related issues when assigned.
• Support NSCM to review and finalize all security procedures and forms before submitting NSCM for approval.
• Consolidate and manage all the controlled security procedures, working instructions and security forms. Ensure all sites must apply this controlled documentation uniformly according to Standard Security Procedures.
• Receive the security reports from DCs and relevant business units, consolidate and send reports (weekly/monthly/yearly) to Country Manager and Region after being reviewed by NSCM.
• Support all paperwork required for new sites opening. Ensure all mandatory documentation (SOP, working instruction, forms...) and equipment, support tools are in place for operation.
• Manage and store security records including audit, investigation reports and disciplinary [protected info] and professionally.
• Support the Site Security Managers and track all records and documents for audit BRC, URSA, ...
• Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor the inventory and update the result in the reports.
• Perform other tasks as directed by NSCM.
