Network Engineer

- Operation network infrastructure (of both Data Center and Offices) such as Internet, security, wired, wireless, video conference...
- Manage routers, switches, access points, firewalls and others network devices in Data Center (include: monitoring, upgrading, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Coordinate with Junior Network Engineer in monitoring the status and quality of Data Center and customers' network connections, system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system issues when they arise.
- Deployment of customers WAN/LAN/VPN/Wireless at the request.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Coordinating with other teams to operate and handle problems of Data Center or customers.
- Coordinating with Internet Service Provider partners to handle network problems for Data Center or customers.
- In charge of surveying, setting up, testing and maintaining customer's network connection.
- Support Junior Network Engineer and Customer Service Team in operation daily works.
- Onsite support /co-troubleshooting with Customer Service Team at customer site when needed.
- Support Sales Team to consulting for customers about the company's services.
- Participate in researching new technology trends, new solutions in Data Center (as SDN, SD-WAN, NFW, DDoS, ...) or in IT (Network & Security on Cloud, ...).
