Mô tả công việc

1. Job purpose:
To ensure reliable, secure, and high-performance network connectivity across all company sites, enabling seamless operations and communication.
2. Responsibilities
Network Design and Implementation
Design and implement network solutions for designated sites based on business requirements.
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN).
Vendor Management and Supervision
Propose suitable vendors for network setup at specific sites based on factors such as location, cost, and site size ...
Supervise vendor activities to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for installation and troubleshooting.
Network Maintenance and Support
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Performance Optimization
Identify and resolve network performance issues.
Conduct regular network performance tuning and capacity planning.
Optimize network performance by monitoring, analyzing, and tuning network configurations.
Security Management and Documentation
Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and service records.

Yêu cầu

3. Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, network engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network security practices.
Willingness to Travel: Must be ready to travel to various company sites for network setup and maintenance as needed
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Language Skills: Proficient in English reading.
Coaching/Training: Ability to coach and train team members on network-related tasks and best practices.
