Smilegate Vietnam
Entering the Vietnam market from 2023, Smilegate Vietnam's mission is to provide stable development & operation of the Smilegate platform and services, expanding beyond the development center to the region and expanding into an Asian hub.
Your roles & responsibilities:
- Deploy, maintain, and manage internal network systems including LAN, Internet, VPN, Wi-Fi, cameras, and IT infrastructure devices.
- Operate and monitor the company's server environment ,ensuring high availability and stability.
- Configure and manage network devices: firewalls, switches, routers.
- Handle and track support tickets via Jira or similar ticketing system:
- Troubleshoot network/server issues and respond to technical support requests from other departments.
- Manage Access Control Lists (ACLs): open/close firewall ports, configure network access per request.
- Manage user access, firewall/NAT rules, and port/IP control based on company security policies.
- Administer enterprise Wi-Fi systems such as Aruba or Unifi.
- Support automation of operational tasks using PowerShell, CLI, or scripting tools.
- Collaborate with HQ and vendor on system maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution.
Your Skills and Experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network/System Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in network/system administration in a corporate environment.
- Have profound knowledge of CCNA, MCSA, network infrastructure and system operation.
- Deep understanding in installation and troubleshooting with multiple operating systems such as Windows, open-source, and macOS.
- Experience in Operating Wifi system such as Aruba, Unifi..
- Experience in using Powershell or CLI is a plus
- Have More than 5 years of experience in system administration, network administration.
- Experience in operating systems (Windows or Linux).
- Knowledge of Network (LAN/WAN. VPN, ...).
- Ability to deploy, configure and manage devices such as Firewall, switch,...
