JOB DESCRIPTION
Work with staffs, vendors or other departments in FPT to ensure basic administrative, scheduling
or other support inquiries are performed
Support business/finance team to prepare expense claims and other required documentations for
contract preparation and payment submissions
Support travel itineraries, business trip, visits and arrangements (international travel included)- air,
hotel, agendas, etc
Prepare facilities and catering for internal events or workshop, keep everyone informed of
necessary company news and information
Manage office supplies and pantry to ensure upkeep and maintenance
Perform other administrative tasks, including keep tracck of rewards and penalty files, answering
inquiries of employees, proceeding emails and calls, walking-in visitors, etc
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree with 1+ year of administrative support, startup environment preferred
Concise and professional communication and negotiation skills, verbally and written language, in
both Vietnamese and English
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Proactive, strong sense of accountability, organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to
multi-task
Comfortable in an intense, fast-growth startup environment, and handling information with a high
level of confidentiality
