1. Make ASEAN Business strategy
PEST analysis, 3C analysis
To understand clearly our company strength and weakness
Decide Mid-term business direction
2. Monitoring management situation of Asia each factory
Analysis PL, BS, CF
Visualize what is issue of current management action
Make action plan to improve business
3. Assistance with analysis and report
Analyze financial statement every month and make a report
Prepare report to Japan headquarter, Asian headquarter and other directors
Simulate financial statement considering market situation and our strategy
4. Assistance with market analysis
Use Gfk dashboard and summarize price transition
Make profit table, report analysis and countermeasure to BoD
Analyze P/L stepping chart and make countermeasure
5. Market survey (Domestic and Export market)
Business trip (Vietnam and other countries) and catch up the market trends
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Management, or related fields;
2-4 years of experience in Business Planning, Corporate Planning, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis
Good English skills
Basic understanding of financial statements
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP and other formula), PowerPoint (presentation or report) and Power BI (visualize data from Excel files in Power BI report)
Good presentation and communication skills.
