1. Payroll Management:
Compute monthly payroll (check and provide all the document related to payroll: timesheet, incentives, PIT, other HR expenses,... and ensure the accuracy of payroll as per the company policies)
Checking incentives from Sales & Field divisions.
Checking timesheet all HQ Department and ensure the accuracy of all information.
Guiding & responding to the employees' queries on payroll & company policy.
Working with the authorities for any labor matters & guidance.
2. Personnel Management:
Following up and assist Line Manager to implement procedures for probationary, performance evaluation, salary adjustment, promotion, internal transfer, discipline, reward and dismissal.
Managing and checking HR monthly/annually budget.
Managing employee master list and profile (including personal profile, labor contracts, etc.)
Managing onboarding & offboarding process for employees as per the policies & regulations.
Managing benefits administration: annual health-checkup, welcome letter, birthday letter,...
3. HR budget:
Managing and checking HR monthly/annually budget (payroll, bonus, incentives, ...)
Making all report related to HR budget.
4. Performance Evaluation:
Collecting and summarizing the result of all division
Revising and calculating new salary and performance bonus as per company's polices
Yêu cầu
1. Education:
University Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration
2. Qualification:
At least 2+ years of experience at C&B position
Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, PIT Law, Social Insurance regulations
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in C&B operations and data management
Excellent in written, listening, reading and spoken English
3. Personality:
Proactive, can-do attitude with team-work spirit
High sense of confidentiality, handling sensitive employee information and maintaining data privacy
Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines
