'A. C&B and HR Operations
- Manage attendance records and consolidate monthly payroll data.
- Monitor and update changes related to social insurance, dependents, and other employee-related - benefits and entitlements.
- Implement and manage the company's employee benefit programs and HR policies, including periodic health check-ups, health insurance renewal, and other related benefits.
- Monitor employee movements, annual leave, resignations, and other related employee matters.
- Review contract renewals and prepare labor contracts, decisions, notices, and employee records.
- Manage employee records, labor contracts, contract appendices, decisions, and other HR-related documents.
- Support personal income tax finalization.
- Support the implementation of performance evaluations, and assist in reviewing and improving HR procedures and policies.
B. Recruitment
- Support job posting, candidate sourcing, candidate screening, and interview arrangement.
- Coordinate with relevant departments during the recruitment and onboarding process.
Manage the candidate database, update recruitment status, and prepare reports as required.
C. Corporate Culture
- Support the organization of internal activities, training sessions, and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate the implementation of corporate culture initiatives and employee well-being programs.
Yêu cầu
- University/College graduation with Human Resource/ Economic/ Business Administration major
- 2 years' experience in HR Executive
- Good communicate at English / Chinese is prefer
- Have a high responsibility, careful, have ability to work under high pressure and work over time when necessary
- Fluency in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel)
- Good planning and time management skills
