Mô tả công việc
- Communication window between factory and customer: receiving information from customers about product specifications, inquiries, quality information,... and deploying to related section.
- Cooperate with related section for quality claim correspondents, summarize, summarize and report to customer
- Preparing for customer audit: planning, patrolling and monitoring
- Using Minitab for characteristic reliability testing and reporting to customer
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

- Good communication( Japanese N3-N2 level)
- Skill of Microsoft office
- Candidate has experience at Manufacturing will be prioritized
- Team work, problem solving skill
