MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Conduct effective research and collect pertinent information of subject companies to appreciate strengths and challenges
Conduct direct interviews with subject company via telephone phone calls, occasionally face-to-face for first-hand insight and feedback
Conduct analysis and assessment of businesses' viability/credit risk guided by a set of processes and algorithms
Responsible for quality control and audit information collected by Site Verifiers and other operations team members
Responsible for gathering requirements and ensuring compliance in pre-employment background checks and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verifications
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Graduate in Business, Finance, and Accounting. Fresh graduates are welcome!
Strong proficiency in English, written & verbal
Have excellent socializing and communication skills
Have logical and analytical skills, positive attitude, responsibility, commitment to assigned goals with good multitasking and organizational ability
Applicants must possess reliable computer hardware (desktop or laptop), software, and the Internet. (Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement for this position. You may be asked to upgrade your existing service or switch providers to meet the job requirements).

Create content and manage posts to boost brand/community awareness and increase engagement in the community
Build relationships with members of site verifier community
Explain and train local site verifiers

Own a laptop and have internet access daily
Confident, independent, disciplined, multitasker, creative thinker
Have a background in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or Business Administration
Social Media active users and understand social media content and algorithm
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Fluent in English and local language, oral and written
Preferably, good in Canva, have basic skills in editing video
Crowdsourcing and recruitment experience is a big plus!
