Position: Social Marketing Specialist (Freshly graduated, up to 1 year of experience)
Location: Online, within Vietnam.
Employment type: Full-time - No Moonlighting allowed, Must be graduated or already finished studies
Package: up to 14 million VND plus (gross - negotiable)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
After training, possess a strong understanding of the nature of website production, TikTok physical products, services, and marketing processes.
Manage social media content, communication, and ads on social media platforms such as TikTok, TikTok LIVE, Instagram, and various emerging channels.
Handle affiliate programs and relationships with KOLs and KOCs.
Research emerging marketing channels, trends, and competitors.
Gain customer insights by directly interacting with our customers and closely collaborating with the Customer Experience Team.
Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
Fluency in English: A minimum 7.5+ IELTS or equivalent proficiency. An English certificate or any related qualification is required.
No marketing degree or marketing experience needed
Must be familiar with Tik Tok and consume US Tik Tok content daily, ideal candidate should "live" in Tiktok & have excellent familiarity with Western culture and media
Be able to confidently interact and communicate with US customers and creators
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality & great critical thinking skill
Can-do attitude: Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, and be proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude.
Ability to work flexibly & 100% remotely: weekends, flexible hours, and late hours for the US market. ( 8AM-12PM; 8PM-12AM or 8AM - 5PM for 3 days)
PREFER TO HAVE
8.0+ IELTS or previous studying or living experience in the U.S.
Customer-driven mindset: be able to have a strong understanding of customers' references, sympathize with their pain points, and effectively align our products and services to satisfy their expectations.
Video editing: Know how to produce a video for TikTok, Facebook, Insta
Strong passion for Start-up, Marketing, eCommerce, and Skincare.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Personal Laptop with good specifications (minimum 8GB/WindowOS or preferably with 16GB of RAM due to intensive usage)

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms like Google and YouTube. This could expand to other marketing platforms later.
Optimize ads content, including text, images, and videos, to enhance performance and engagement.
Develop and refine landing pages to improve the conversion funnel and maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.
Utilize analytical tools and software for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.

REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE:
English Proficiency: Candidates must possess a minimum IELTS score of 7.0 (or equivalent proficiency), with a Writing skill score not lower than 7.0, to ensure effective communication and optimized copywriting.
Educational Background: Recent graduates with an outstanding academic record (high GPA) from a relevant field of study are encouraged to apply
