JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Global HR Coordinator. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global workforce. The preferred candidate will demonstrate a distinctive combination of international exposure, pertinent work experience, and exceptional communication skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. International HR Support:
Provide comprehensive HR support for our global team, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and standardise global HR processes.
2. Talent Acquisition:
Assist in the recruitment process for international positions, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Source and identify top talent globally, leveraging your understanding of diverse cultural nuances.
3. Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for global employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Foster a positive work environment.
4. Performance Management:
Support the implementation of global performance management programs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values.
Collaborate with managers to provide guidance on performance feedback and development opportunities.
5. Training and Development:
Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our international workforce.
Facilitate cross-cultural training initiatives to enhance global teamwork and collaboration.
6. Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
REQUIREMENTS
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on international HR practices.
Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency is a plus.
Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse workforce.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant software.
