Mô tả công việc
Monitor and handle Google Merchant Center warnings and account suspensions for policy violations.
Requesting Google Merchant Center review issues.
Receiving and processing data, registering Google Merchant Center accounts.
Optimizing the account registration process, and fixing issue progress.
Analyze shopping ads performance data and propose optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI for customers.
Support customers in setting up shopping ad campaigns on Google Ads (if needed).
Research and stay updated on the latest changes and policies of Google Merchant Center and Google Shopping.
Collaborate with the product development team to improve and upgrade applications based on customer feedback and market trends.
Compiling and reporting work status to superiors.
Performing other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu
Strong research skills.
Proficiency in reading and understanding English documents.
Ability to effectively communicate and explain GMC technical issues to customers in English is an advantage.
Prior experience in SEO is a plus.
