JOB DESCRIPTION
Administration tasks
Ensure the office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
Maintain attendance logs
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
Arrange travel and accommodations; track transportation expenses and airline tickets
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
Prepare and manage administrative forms, contracts, documents, and quotations
Deliver and receive contracts, documents, welcome packages...
Follow up on the number of office supplies and purchases when needed
Search providers and make quotations for the director when purchasing goods, tools, and equipment things or hiring agencies
Support events
HR tasks
Work with departments and divisions on personnel recruitment requirements in the company
Coordinate with staff to develop recruitment plans and find effective ways to post jobs
Carry out job posting
Receive applications and screen candidates who meet recruitment criteria
Develop an interview plan with the Line Manager to select qualified candidates
Send confirmation email to successful candidates
Prepare a Offer Letter/ Probationary contract. Instruct new employees on regulations, compensation and company policies
Compose emails with holiday notices and other reminders to staff
Update and store employee records according to regulations
Regularly update employee leave dates on to Calendar and track leaves regularly
Internal culture
Coordinate with departments to organize social and cultural activities such as Happy Hour, birthday, daily exercise activities, ... for company employees (provide ideas, host, MC...) creating a good working environment for employees
Support in organising internal events (Year-end party or other parties)
REQUIREMENTS
Duties & Compliance
Be aware of, and comply with, policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person;
Ensure all communications are Data Protection compliant
Escalate any safeguarding issues in a timely and confidential manner
Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
Ensure excellent communication with other internal staff
Ensure that all company assets are protected
Carry out any other tasks given to ensure that high standards are maintained
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience
Experience in recruitment is an advantage
Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
Ability to communicate and handle situations well
Willing to develop in the international education environment
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Able to work to tight deadlines and multi-task effectively
Ability to develop productive relationships with other teams around the network

Gross Salary: 9 - 11 mil VND (agreement according to capacity)
