Perform CV screening searches, schedule face-to-face or phone interview appointments, and create candidate competency assessments to find quality human resources for the business.
Overall report on recruitment situation, providing overview information on rights and obligations for new employees.
Making social insurance and other labor regimes for new employees.
Compose the document and inform new policies or information for employees.
Keep and save employee [protected info] charge of benefits and specifically timekeeping, check day-off
Take in charge of labor contracts, including: prepare new contracts, renew contracts, appendix contracts, ETC.
Support information for management
Update information about regel and regulation concerns with our business
Coordinate all departments in VN and TH in case of new product projects, apply for a new license, working with a software company.
Arrange reports as management order
Work all jobs which are assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor/ College degree in related field.
Minimum 1 experience in same position.
Can speak English well (Priority can use Thai language)
Good at the computer as Word, Excel, Power point
Careful, smart, active and fast learning have a sense of responsibility to work
