JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our team at Delion Wireless, an innovative Australian-based tech company. We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Level 1 Helpdesk Technician to provide exceptional remote technical support to our customers. This role requires excellent English communication skills and a solid understanding of WiFi technologies, networking, and general IT troubleshooting.
Job Description
·
Provide first-level contact and
convey resolutions to customer issues via telephone and email.
·
Properly escalate unresolved
queries to the next level of support.
·
Walk customers through the
process of setting up or troubleshooting their WiFi and internet connections.
·
Track, route, and redirect problems
to correct resources.
·
Update customer data and
produce activity reports.
·
Follow up with customers,
provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution.
·
Utilize excellent customer
service skills and exceed customers' expectations.
·
Ensure proper recording,
documentation, and closure of all issues.
·
Prepare accurate and timely
reports.
·
Document knowledge in the form
of solution articles for recurring problems.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
·
Excellent command of English,
both spoken and written.
·
Your English must be at least
to the standard of IELTS 7.
·
Proven working experience in
providing help desk support is preferred.
·
Proficiency in WiFi
configuration and troubleshooting, including familiarity with various devices
(smartphones, laptops, tablets).
·
Basic understanding of networking
concepts and troubleshooting related to ISPs and internet connectivity.
·
Strong client-facing and
communication skills.
·
Advanced troubleshooting and
multi-tasking skills is preferred.
·
Customer-oriented and
cool-tempered.
