- Good planning for execution of the trade marketing programs

- Supervising how the field team and suppliers implement trade marketing programs, collecting and reporting data about competitors activities

- Increase visibility of the products in the stores

KEY RESPONSIBILITES (1/2)

1. Prepare a notification of the trade promotion program (monthly sales promotion, merchandise, emulation program, sampling program, etc...) of the channel in charge, detailed implementation instructions + compiling the necessary templates (documents, reports, ...) about the program, working with Sales team to agree the number of allocations for each area, conducting detailed deployment, clearly for Sales team.

2. Set up all monthly programs by channel nationwide (DMS /SAP or LS retail depending on the channel)

3. Working with the marking team (if it is a merchandise program) to arrange the schedule of uploading the list to the system and marking the picture on time and with the most exact results

4. Gather program documents, track, update of execution programs, talk with Sales team for feedback to adjust the program in time (if necessary) to ensure the program is implemented most effectively.

5. After each program, extract data from DMS and SAP, make a final statement of merchandise, emulation and incentive for new products....(except for the monthly Trade promotion program in charge of Sales Operation), collating data with Accounting Dept. and get approval of SOA, transferring the settlement to Sales Operation / Accounting Dept. to pay bonuses to customers through Distributions

6. Collect and save club reward receipts for customers returned from Sales

7. Support Sales team to solve problems related to trade program payments

8. Actively looking for opportunities to develop and increase Sales

9. Designing, producing and assembling POSM

Allocate and transfer POSM in the right quantity and time to the Customers/Distributors

Managing POSM to increase the brand visibility and protecting company's property

10. Maintain good relationship with contrahents, stores, suppliers to tighten the control over trade programs

11. Collecting, up-dating, analysis and reporting information from the market (market trends, competitors' activities etc.)

12. Combine with Sales Operation and Accounting Dept. to finish payments + liquidation documents for Distributors/Customers (if any)

13. Collecting, compiling information, ideas for production, sales from stores and customers to improve the quality of service

14. Prepare license, notification letter to 63 Department of Industry & Trade quarterly

KEY RESPONSIBILITES (2/2)

WORKING REQUIREMENTS

Preferred have 1 year experience in the similar position in FMCG or 3 years in FMCG in Sales/Marketing
