Mô tả công việc

Support colleagues about system, device & computer 's issues
Manage and maintain all office's equipment and material to meet 5S standard
Control the asset list of HAN warehouse
Support everybody fixing trouble from Samsung SDS' system and others function.
Record all system problems (network, hardware, software), try to find out the best solutions in the soonest time
Cello training master & support all team relating to Cello system. VOC for operations improvement & enhance the productivity.
Safety coordinator for HAN WH Operations: regular check & prepare checklist as RHQ/HQ require
Disseminating instructions, rules which are given by RHQ, Service Desk for everyone
Go to carriers to pick up Original Bill of loading , Invoice, Certification and others kind of document

Yêu cầu

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
College/ University graduated, major in IT, one year experience in advantage.
Having knowledge about IT ( network (CCNA) , PC trouble shooting (hardware, software)
SKILLS:
Proficient in computer skill and MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint).
PC trouble shooting, CCTV, Network, find out problem occurs and solve it.
Possess the characteristics of diligence, carefulness and hard-working.
