Mô tả công việc
- The 2nd single point of contact to the users/ customers for all SaaS & PaaS services concerning: requests, incidents, problems as Level 2 Supporters.
- Understand the user needs at the time of calls and refer it to the internal (first level of support) or external Resolver Groups.
- Provide an uninterrupted support via telephone (single number), chat or through a service portal made available.
- Monitor and report the availability of the services to take corrective action as soon as possible.
- Manage and co-ordinate operations from opening to closure of all tickets follow SLA.
- Understand/ familiarize with customer's application business and operation processes as well as SaaS application knowledge for supporting.
- Analyze the requests, incidents, problems and escalated to other related parties if needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
- Provide guidance and training (remotely) to end users on need basis.

Yêu cầu
- Familiar with SaaS & PaaS services
- Familiar with operations related to applications server, operating systems, or DBs
- Have experience with Service Desk Support
- Knowledge of AMS Processes is a plus
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in English (TOEIC >500, IELTS > 6.0)
- Have good customer support mindset and attitude
- Fast learning, Proactive
