Mô tả công việc

Webinar is an online training and meeting platform.
UNIT's main partners are international pharmaceutical companies such as GSK (GlaxoSmithKline), MSD, BAYER, MENARINI, who collaborate to organize large-scale WEBINAR seminars with up to thousands of attendees in many locations both domestically and internationally.
Participate in technically operating large-scale events, meeting many professional agencies.
Connect audio systems and mixer.
Configure options within online meeting platforms such as (Webex, Zoom, MS Teams).
Convert camera images to online platforms.
Process post-production videos according to customer requirements.
Create online presentations for customer testing.
Check transmission speed through designated international servers.

Yêu cầu

Basic IT Helpdesk skills (troubleshooting computer hardware / software issues, identifying and resolving basic computer network / wifi problems, managing corporate assets).
Proficient in computer operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
Good knowledge of and interaction with computer hardware (VGA, image and audio output signals on computers, etc.).
Good or knowledgeable about cameras, image and video capturing and processing software such as VMIX, Camtasia, Photoshop, etc.
Knowledgeable about audio systems (mixer calibration, audio cable standards, connecting and outputting audio from computer devices to mixer, etc.).
Familiar with or have experience using online meeting platforms such as Webex, Zoom, Youtube, etc.
Experience using online Presentation Software (AhaSlide, Kahoot, Slido, etc.) is an advantage.
Friendly, quick-witted, and lively.
A willingness to learn.
Flexible, dynamic attitude.
Reliable.
