Primary responsibility for data collection and maintenance of CIS Alumni Database
Maintain and update the Alumni Database with current contact information and engagement records.
Coordinate ongoing collection of CIS graduate post-secondary study destinations, fields of study, contact information, and employment/employer information
Foster, coordinate and support potential Alumni volunteer and mentoring programs.
Collaborate with University Counseling Team to make relevant and appropriate personal connections between Alumni and current students
Develop and implement strategies to engage and grow the alumni community.
Coordinate alumni communications, including newsletters, social media updates, and email campaigns.
Assist in the creation and distribution of alumni-related publications and promotional materials.
Serve as a point of contact for alumni inquiries and provide support as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate alumni engagement with school programs and initiatives.
Arrange regular subject-area, country-specific, and other topical workshops (online or in-person) between CIS alumni and current CIS Secondary students
Work with CIS alumni and their employers to try and provide job shadowing and internship opportunities for current CIS Secondary students
Coordinate with the Family Engagement Team to try and open opportunities for CIS Secondary students to have job shadowing and internship opportunities within the "CIS Family"
Coordinate any potential job shadowing and internship opportunities within Vietnam or globally for CIS Secondary students.
Assume primary organizational responsibility for annual CIS Job Fair and other related events
Plan, coordinate, and execute alumni events, both in-person and virtual.
Communications and event production skills are essential to this task
Track and report on the effectiveness of alumni relations activities and suggest improvements.
Monitor the alumni section of the school's website, ensuring content is current and relevant.
Conduct surveys and gather feedback from alumni to enhance engagement strategies.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all alumni interactions.
