Mô tả công việc
Review and moderate patient comments about US healthcare services.
Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive content or personal information.
Correct spelling errors while maintaining the original meaning of comments.
Ensure all moderated content aligns with platform guidelines and policies.
Maintain efficiency and accuracy in reviewing a high volume of content daily.
Help maintain a positive user experience by ensuring a safe and respectful online environment.
Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes when needed.

Yêu cầu
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
Fluent in English, especially in reading and listening, TOEIC 700+ or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in written content.
Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Ability to follow established guidelines and moderation policies.
Basic computer and Excel skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to work fulltime on-site in Nha Trang.
Previous experience in content moderation, proofreading, or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with US healthcare terminology (not required but beneficial).
Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in flagged content is a plus.
English speaking skills for potential team discussions or training.
Multilingual skills for moderating content in different languages.
