II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH:
1 Identify and approach potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners, to promote laboratory testing services.
2 Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4 Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.
5 Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs.
6 Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics, client feedback, and market insights.
7 Other tasks as requested by Manager
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical, healthcare, or laboratory testing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of medical or laboratory testing terminology is a plus.
