The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. This role requires handling situations professionally and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining security on the premises.
Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Greet arriving guests, perform check-in and check-out procedures. Address any special requests or issues from guests during the shift.
Payment Handling: Manage payments, process invoices, and provide other financial services as needed.
Guest Support: Address guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and resolve any issues that arise.
Security Management: Monitor hotel security during the night shift, handle emergency situations, and notify authorities when necessary.
Record Keeping: Update and maintain records related to guest stays, incident reports, and room status.
Assisting Other Departments: Support other hotel departments as needed, including cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.
Providing Information and Services: Guide guests on hotel services and local area, including booking tickets, travel information, and other services.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management or as required in emergency situations.
