Greet and welcome guest of Building and Developer,
Master the profession, build regulations, understand the Building to guide, answer questions from residents, customers ... of the building
To be responsible for managing the lobby work such as: Answer the phone, transfer calls, receive messages, deliver letters and ensure that the recipient's address is correct, compose letters and parcels, arrange letter neatly and put it in the customer's mailbox, ensure that the reception area and the lobby are always clean, manage the Building Management's notices in the lobby,
Manage incoming and outgoing faxes, storage when requested,
Collect resident's fees and pay them to the Project Accountant according to regulations (if any),
Keep contact information to coordinate, support departments into the building operation,
Always update and maintain all customer information (especially customer phone book) on the computer, accurately record customer signatures,
Always improve knowledge about handling emergency situations in the building according to the process,
Report directly the daily / weekly work of the Receptionist to the Direct Manager, Property Manager as prescribed.

Yêu cầu
High school degree or higher,
Hospitality / tourism/ reception services available
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Customer Services or similar roles
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good listening, questioning and presentation skills. Know basic data analyss, able to write documents/ letters, read comprehension and properly implement the processes and related work instruction.
Good verbal communication English
Hospitality / tourism/ reception services available
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Customer Services or similar roles
