Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Bell, Concierge, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
Update guest information and daily reports in the hotel system.
Yêu cầu
Experience in Front Office at hotels/resorts.
Good communication skills; English proficiency required (additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS systems.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Service-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
