Shipper2) Send shipment details to Agent to get their confirmation
3) Request booking from Shipping Lines/ Airlines/ Coloader and send confirmation booking to Shipper/Agent
4) Submit SI/ Issue HBL/ Receive MBL for checking
5) Send HBL/ Debit note to Shipper
6) Send Pre-alert/ Debit note to Agent
7) Make payment to Shipping Lines/ Airlines/ Coloader
8) Release shipment (send SUR BL) once receiving payment from Shipper
9) Follow and confirm ATA to Shipper/ Agent
Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm:
1) Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Logistics
2) Có kinh nghiệm xử lý hàng FCL và LCL
3) Hiểu rõ quy trình xuất nhập khẩu
4) Có kinh nghiệm xử lý chứng từ (SI, BL, invoice, packing list)
Kỹ năng yêu cầu:
1) Sử dụng
tiếng Anh trong email
2) Sử dụng tốt MS Excel và Outlook
3) Có tinh thần trách nhiệm
4) Phối hợp làm việc nhóm tốt
