Recruit workers, manage attendance records, maintain and organize documents, and handle applications
Support the hiring process, prepare labor contracts, update employee data, manage expatriate documentation, and prepare HR reports
Maintain and regularly update employee information in the system
Prepare name cards for new employees and provide administrative support to the HR Department
Arrange meeting rooms and welcome/receive guests in a professional manner
Coordinate transportation (vehicle arrangements) and manage daily meal registrations for employees
Yêu cầu
College degree or higher
Being creative, dynamic and enthusiastic at work;
Goods English communication;
Good Office computer skills;
Have a long-term commitment;
Ability to solve problems, w ork under pressure;
