JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a driven and music-loving Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic Content Hub team. This team is dedicated to providing solutions to content creators by understanding customers' needs and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI). You'll play a key role in attracting and engaging potential customers using outbound strategies focused on our innovative music-related products. Your passion for music, combined with your ability to understand our solutions and interest in AI, will help you provide customers with an exceptional experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to attract high-potential customers interested in our music products.
Proactively approach leads generated through targeted channels like email marketing, social media, and relevant product-focused campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the Product team to gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to customers.
Build strong relationships with potential customers through excellent communication and responsiveness, demonstrating a clear understanding of product benefits.
Gather customer feedback and share it with the Product team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

Strong discipline, honesty, and self-learning skills. This is a full-time remote position, and we expect full-time commitment and 100% responsibility.
Strong result-oriented skills, not afraid to make mistakes, and genuinely enjoys learning.
About your skills
Demonstrated interest in the intersection of music and technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence.
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn about new music technology products, sales techniques, and music industry trends
Have a personal laptop & good internet connection at home.
Excellence in Vietnamese & English.
