1. Staff recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate follow up.
• Maintain recruitment records and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
2. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) internal activities/audit
• Implement, and maintain CSR activities, update CSR structure, policy and target within the company.
• Organize CSR training and awareness activities for employees
• Make plan and coordinate with other HR members to conduct annual CSR audits for suppliers and follow up on corrective action plans.
• Make plan and conduct periodic internal audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Support audit preparation and coordinate with relevant teams during audits.
3. Employee Health check-up management
• Organize and coordinate annual and periodic employee health check-up programs in compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective implementation.
• Prepare and maintain related reports and documentation.
4. Other HR duties: Perform additional HR tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu
Detail Requirements: Knowledge, experiences, skills (Các yêu cầu cụ thể: Học vấn/Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or related fields.
• At least 01 year of experience in similar job.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
• Possess knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR best practices.
• Understanding of CSR requirements, social compliance standards, and audit processes is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible working style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office for HR data tracking and reporting
