Input contract information, adjustments and scales into the system
Manage client data and issues Insurance Card
Supervise and improve the internal processing, including but not limited to ensure:
Correct control on system
Timeline of services
Assist the direct manager with planning, coordinating and implementing TPA projects and programs arising from company plans
Train and develop the skills and the knowledge of the team
Solve mảo difficulties met in the daily activities
Make recommendations for improvements of internal processing, including but not limited to:
insured management (new insured, deletion insured, change scale group)
scale compensation management
management of insured card following internal guideline
Provide regular, timely weekly team reports to direct manager as required
Provide statistic reports requested by corporate customers and respect the timeline committed
Be involved in the preparation of training guideline

College or Bachelor's Degree
Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint
Have experience in Data Control
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Advisory and negotiation skills
Be able to work under pressure
Good reading and writing English skills
