Mô tả công việc
1. Build and maintain relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, online travel agencies (OTAs), and potential customers to drive sales and repeat business.
2. Market research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and OTA performance metrics.
3. Proposal and contract creation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and contracts to potential clients, showcasing the unique offerings and benefits of our resorts.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless guest experience.
5. Networking and lead generation: Attend trade shows and events to network with industry professionals and generate leads for potential customers.
6. Rate and term negotiation: Negotiate rates and terms with clients, partners, and OTA representatives to maximize revenue generation.
7. Data analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.
8. Partnership management: Establish and manage partnerships with travel service providers to enhance our offerings, improve the customer experience, and drive revenue.
9. Budget management: Define and handle the budget for the sales department, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve targets.
10. KPI-driven approach: Work towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to consistently grow sales and contribute to the success of the operation.

Yêu cầu
1. Sales experience: Previous experience in sales within the hospitality or food and beverage industry is essential.
2. Self-driven and organized: Demonstrated ability to work independently, define time plans, and manage budgets effectively.
3. OTA and sales strategy knowledge: Proficient in handling online travel agencies (OTAs) and implementing effective sales strategies.
4. Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
5. Team player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
6. Bilingual fluency: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese languages to effectively communicate with international and local clients.
7. Intermediate or higher graduation
