1. Main Responsibilities:
- Manage messages on Facebook and Zalo, providing service package consultations to customers.
- Guide clients on office tours, follow up, and effectively close sales.
- Draft contracts, quotations, and bookings for customers.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure monthly contract renewals.
- Input and manage customer profiles accurately and systematically.
- Fanpage management
- Collaborate and assist with employee recruitment when needed.
- Seek out and coordinate with external partners to develop marketing strategies for the company.
- Assist in finding and
purchasing company supplies (as needed)
- Support other teams in organizing company events (as needed)
- Execute other tasks as directed by direct management (as needed)
2. Job Requirements:
- Online customer consultation outside of working hours.
- Proficient in English communication
- Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs set by the company.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar position
- Multitasking skills are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and proactive in work.
- Honest, sincere and always eager to learn and develop.
Location & Working Hours:
- Ho Chi Minh City: 122 - 124 B2 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City (old District 2).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
