JOB DESCRIPTION
Elevating the brand presence and pioneering the introduction of new product offerings into the marketplace.
Conducting comprehensive budget analysis, formulating annual financial strategies, orchestrating expenditure timelines, and ensuring the sales force is on track to fulfill their targets and objectives.
Delving into marketing potential through rigorous research, grasping consumer demands, pinpointing market dynamics, and recommending enhancements to systems to fulfill the organization's marketing ambitions.
Compiling, examining, and synthesizing market intelligence and trends to create insightful reports.
Spearheading the launch of innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Overseeing the recruitment, training, scheduling, mentoring, and leadership of marketing and sales personnel to surpass sales and marketing human resource goals.
Sustaining pivotal client relationships through regular engagements, comprehending their requirements, and foreseeing emerging marketing prospects.
Keeping abreast of industry developments by participating in educational forums, seminars, and workshops, engaging with published materials, and nurturing both personal and professional networks for continuous growth and opportunity recognition.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or a related discipline, serving as the foundation of expertise.
Prior management experience, offering a distinct advantage.
A deep-seated understanding and comprehensive knowledge of sales and marketing dynamics.
Exceptional skills in analysis, organization, and creativity, enabling innovative solutions.
Mastery in communication, fostering interpersonal relationships, and excelling in customer service.
Proficiency in data analysis coupled with the capability to craft detailed reports.
A keen ability to grasp and adhere to the company's policies and procedures meticulously.
The resilience to perform optimally under demanding circumstances.
