Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our local client base, with a special focus on Old Quarter hotels and pediatrician services. This role demands a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets. You will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities to engage with diverse international organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local clients, including hotels in the Old Quarter and other businesses.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the clinic's client base.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct regular visits and presentations to potential and existing clients to promote the clinic's services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the local market and client base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Trade, [protected info] a related field is preferred.
