JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview:
As a
Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our
social media strategy, content creation, and
audience engagement. Your role involves managing our social
media channels, developing innovative content, and leveraging analytics to
shape our social media campaigns.
You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to tell our brand's
story in compelling ways that resonate
with our target
audience.
As our Social Media Marketing
Specialist, you will be responsible for:
● Managing and growing our retail/brands' presence
across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,
Twitter, and Telegram.
● Develop and execute innovative and fast-paced content
strategies to enhance
engagement, including linked
posts, memes, infographics, and video-based content
● Utilize analytics tools to monitor content
performance, identify trends,
and derive actionable insights to inform strategy
● Lead
the execution of social media campaigns and collaborate with influencers and partners to expand our reach
● Produce photography and video content tailored
for global social media platforms
● Craft engaging written content
and captions for diverse digital audiences, ensuring
adaptability to different
platform requirements
● Strategize to grow the digital
footprint of brands under us across various social media platforms
● Conduct ongoing research on social media trends and industry changes,
especially within the sustainability and baby goods sectors
● Measure the impact of social media efforts and adjust strategies based on performance data
● Collaborate with local marketing teams to schedule and plan content, contributing to
the global growth
of our retail or brands'

REQUIREMENTS
●
Genuine passion for sustainability and innovation
● Already a power user of Facebook,
Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube,
Twitter and Telegram.
Plus points if you are actively creating
content on any of these platforms.
● Insider knowledge of breaking news,
trends, and current affairs on social media,
deep passion for
learning about and staying ahead of social media trends, especially related
to sustainability and baby goods.
● Gen-Z level skills in photography, videography, and content writing
● High
proficiency in photo-editing software such as Photoshop, Lightroom, or VSCO
● Exceptional English writing skills,
with the ability
to create compelling
social media content
(knowledge of other Southeast Asian languages is a plus)
● Independence, with a results-driven mindset and the capability to work under minimal supervision.
● Deep
familiarity with the latest social
media channels, trends,
and analytics tools.

Duration : At least
4 months
Conversion : High possibility of conversion to full-time given
