JOB DESCRIPTION
✈️ 1. Work Nature:
Full-time and Fully remote/Hybrid
Working hours: 40+ hours per week.
Location: Work from anywhere OR Work hybrid in HCMC, Vietnam
Reporting Line: The CEO - a French expert in Marketing
Contacting points might include but not be limited to the CEO and internal team including SEO, Copywriter, Web Designer, Web Dev.

👉🏻About our projects: We offer full-service digital marketing including professional SEO, web development, link building, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, ads, and so on. The clients are mainly based in US and expanding internationally.
The ideal PM candidate will ensure effective communication between teams, manage project timelines, and align team efforts with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include (1) project management and (2) CRM management
Be responsible for managing and leading the project to meet clients' orders.
Assign tasks to team members, check their outputs before delivery.
Facilitate regular communication among team members to ensure alignment on goals related to nurturing features and workflows.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for CRM development based on the business needs outlined in the project documentation.
Oversee the entire development process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns that arise.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
📈 4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
On-Time Delivery Rate
Campaign Performance Metrics: click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) for digital marketing campaigns managed for clients.
CRM data accuracy and integrity.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing or similar roles.
Solid experience in digital marketing including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Proficiency in using GoHighLevel/Urable is a plus.
Must have the ability to teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

Key responsibilities include (1) CRM management; (2) Lead Generation and (3) Social management.
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for clients, including CRM management, email and SMS marketing, and social media management.
Lead Generation: Set up and manage lead generation forms/surveys on the website, ensuring leads are accurately captured and segmented in GoHighLevel.
Automation Workflows: Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows linking website data with GoHighLevel and Urable for seamless integration and efficiency.
Email Marketing: Create, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven improvements.
Landing Page Design: Conduct research and guide the UI/UX designer in building landing pages in GoHighLevel, ensuring they are optimized for conversions and tracking performance metrics.
CRM Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain CRM data, identify and implement process improvements, and train team members on best practices.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate, analyze, and report on CRM performance, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement, providing insights and recommendations.
Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, manage customer communication, and collaborate with sales and support teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure CRM initiatives align with business goals and provide support for CRM-related issues.
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Lead generation and conversion rates.
Email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
Landing page performance (traffic, conversion rates).
Efficiency and effectiveness of automation workflows.
CRM data accuracy and integrity.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3-4 years of digital marketing experience, focusing on CRM management (preferably GoHighLevel).
Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead generation.
Proficiency in using GoHighLevel, Urable, and other relevant marketing tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have:
Experience with integration tools such as Zapier or [protected info]
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
