Nhân Viên Thiết Kế Kỹ Thuật Thi Công Nội Thất Văn Phòng

- Triển khai bản vẽ kỹ thuật 2D thi công từ bản vẽ 3D và 2D công năng, tiếp nhận & chuyển hồ sơ thiết kế sang giai đoạn thi công.
- Nắm rõ thông tin thiết kế (chất liệu, quy cách, yêu cầu), triển khai shopdrawing kiến trúc & hoàn thiện hồ sơ thi công nội thất (fitout, M&E, PCCC...).
- Kiểm tra xưởng, phối hợp với nhà thầu, cập nhật điều chỉnh trước sản xuất.
- Đọc hiểu và triển khai M&E cơ bản, phối hợp các phòng ban để đề xuất phương án kỹ thuật.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ theo yêu cầu của ban lãnh đạo.

- Develop 2D technical drawings for construction from 3D and functional 2D designs, receiving and transitioning design files to the execution phase.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of design details (materials, specifications, requirements), prepare architectural shop drawings, and finalize interior construction documents (fit-out, M&E, fire protection, etc.).
- Inspect factories, coordinate with contractors, and update adjustments before production.
- Interpret and implement basic M&E, collaborate with departments to propose technical and construction solutions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
