Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and engage with prospects, understand their specific needs, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless implementation of customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Negotiate contracts and agreed terms, in order to maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Yêu cầu
- Proven sales experience in the supply chain, especially in the warehousing & distribution industry.
- In-depth knowledge of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales goals.
- Excellent communication and communication skills to effectively interact with customers at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented thinking.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team.
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin
- In-depth knowledge of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management.
