Mô tả công việc

Main Responsibilities
1. Viral platform management and campaigns
The Communications officer is responsible for managing and promoting ENV's message to appropriate Vietnamese audience through a range of viral and social media communications channels including distribution lists, Facebook and other mechanism:
• Maintain ENV social media platforms: Keep ENV social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) fresh and updated with timely ENV news postings and updates
• Manage the ENV VN website
• Design and develop Viral campaigns
2. ENV advertising
- Public Service Announcements [PSAs]: Coordinate ENV distribution and airing of up to PSAs on TV each year
- Radio advertising: Coordinate ENV radio advertising on VOV
- Social media and online advertising: designing and coordinating Facebook and Youtube advertisements
3. Additional tasks
• Managing the EN and VN contact databases
• Managing ENV Photo library and Film library
• Conduct daily checks of Google Alert
• Produce internal reports, work plans, donor reports, and other written outputs
• Other assignments assigned by your immediate supervisor, manager

Yêu cầu

Requirements
• University degree
• Excellent Vietnamese and English language written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to pay attention to details and carry out work accurately, meeting high quality standards
• Excellent communications skills and an ability to communicate and work with others
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and pay close attention to details
• Outward character and diplomatic skills;
• Outstanding organization, management and leadership skills;
• Open minded and possess strong potential to quickly learn new ideas and adapt to ENV's non-traditional way of working;
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills;
• Knowledge of conservation issues, especially demand reduction campaigns (preferred);
• Knowledge of government structure and mechanics (preferred);
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Internet
