Welcome customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable tea products.
Introduce the origin, characteristics, flavor profiles, and proper brewing and tasting methods of different tea varieties.
Prepare and serve tea according to established procedures, ensuring consistent quality, flavor, and presentation.
Process orders, support sales activities, and provide customer care throughout the customer experience.
Receive customer feedback and coordinate with the team to resolve any issues that may arise.
Prepare, inspect, and properly store tea, ingredients, utensils, and merchandise.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in tea preparation and customer service areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
Assist with inventory checks, shift handovers, and daily store operations.
Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain the brand's professional image.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Yêu cầu
Hold a college diploma or bachelor's degree.
Be able to communicate in English and/or Chinese.
Possess strong communication, product consultation, and sales skills.
Be capable of handling customer situations effectively and working collaboratively in a team.
Demonstrate initiative, honesty, a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn.
2. Preferred Qualifications
Have knowledge of or a genuine interest in tea and tea culture.
Have experience in F&B, retail, cafés, tea shops, hospitality, or premium brands.
Proficiency in Chinese and/or English is an advantage.
Graduates in Chinese Studies, English Studies, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fields are preferred.
Maintain a professional, polite, and well-groomed appearance, with a pleasant and presentable demeanor.

Base salary: VND 7,000,000-10,000,000 per month.
