Consulting & Sales: Receive information, analyze needs, and advise international customers on travel products.
Program Design: Build tour programs (Itinerary) and pricing (Quotation) that are flexible and personalized to the specific requirements of each customer.
Service Handover: Complete customer files and coordinate the handover of detailed information to the Operations department for service booking.
Customer Care: Maintain communication, support answering inquiries, and handle issues arising throughout the customer's tour to ensure the highest service quality.
Reporting & Other Duties: Carry out periodic reports on work performance and other professional duties as assigned by superiors.
Language proficiency: Fluent English (especially writing and communication skills) to work directly with foreign customers.
Experience: No experience required (Preference for fresh graduates in Tourism, Foreign Languages, or economics-related majors). Candidates will be thoroughly trained from the Sales process to route and destination knowledge.
Qualities: A strong passion for the tourism industry, a Customer Service Mindset, and meticulousness in work.
Skills: Good office computer skills, the ability to organize work scientifically, and the capacity to work under pressure.
Remuneration: Competitive base salary 8.000.000 - 12.000.000 VND (based on capability) + attractive sales commission %. Expected total income up to 20,000,000 VND++ (unlimited based on Sales capability).
