Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical positions (Automotive Engineers, Test Engineers,
Software Engineers, etc.).
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, university networks, referrals, etc.).
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview processes.
Maintain candidate database and ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Support employer branding activities to attract top-tier talent in the automotive and software testing domains.
Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
Assist in organizing internal training, technical sharing, and development programs.
Track training participation and evaluate training effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for technical or engineering positions.
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Joboko, Joboko, or social media sourcing.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment databases.
Strong sourcing and networking skills; able to attract passive candidates effectively.
Knowledge or interest in the IT / Automotive / Embedded Software industry is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Basic English communication skills (reading/writing/speaking).
