Scope and General Purpose of the Role:
Monitoring Import-export activities in company and stock management
Key Accountabilities:
I. Import and export
 Liquidation and processing data;
 Work with customers, carriers, airline, overseas agents to arrange booking, B/L, Delivery Order, Arrival Notice and other related shipping docs for import-export shipments;
 Follow-up and solve problems during the transport process and deadline schedule;
 Take care of customer service and documentation, input data in system and make payment for shipments;
 Update shipment information, documentations processing related to shipments and time by time report to direct manager;
 Coordinate with local agents and oversea partners, airline, co loader to work smoothly, handling customer's inquiries;
 Coordinate to open CDs;
 Data collection, analysis, organize and prepare reports for customs investigation
 Other tasks assigned by Manager.
II. Stock Keeper
 Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse;
 Receiving incoming goods, check for damage, quality and discrepancies between goods and invoices;
 Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange storage to optimizes warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders;
 Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules);
 Perform other routine clerical activities according to the organization's established procedures;
 These activities may include updating stock cards and inventory records; and completing receipt, transfer, delivery, and dispatch forms;
 Other duties as and when required by the department to fulfill position objective.
III. Others
 Support general accounting business (Later- TBC)
 Support other departments' work as directed by director as necessary for company work
