Mô tả công việc

1. Experience in tariff refund
2. Manage the forwarders that companies use
3. In charge of import / export shipment from oversea / domestic Suppliers/Customers
4. Tracking shipping instructions and input data to control files.
5. Checking production plan to set up estimated shipping schedule.
6. Placing booking with nominated forwarder to export goods in time as required
7. Controlling material master list and creating new customs code for new parts.
8. Completing Customs procedure and making sure the correction of Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and so on) and Customs Declaration Forms

Yêu cầu công việc

- Gender: Male/Female
- Graduated from university majoring in Foreign Economic Relations / Foreign Trade / Business Administration, lived in Bac Ninh
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Skills/personal qualifications:
● Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency & result oriented
● Strong analytical and negotiating skills
● Able to work in group and independent
● Sense of responsibility
● Being dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, patient and hard-working
● Effective in English or Korean or Chinese communication is a priority
