Mô tả công việc
- Monitor and manage the journey and progress of goods and products.
- Resolve conflicts and problems that arise related to goods and products during transportation.
- Carry out customs-related procedures such as declaration, shipping documents or other related paperwork.
- Monitor the progress of export goods; Coordinate with relevant units and suppliers to ensure export progress.
- Check the suitability of customs clearance documents, prepare shipping documents (Customs declaration, Contract, Packing list, Invoice, C/O, B/L, ...);
- Monitor outstanding debts with partners;
- Handle issues related to goods and documents with relevant parties, handle export shipments;
- Professional reporting, record keeping;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
- University graduate with major in Import-Export and related majors.
- 0-5 year of experience in a similar position.
- Agile style, polite attitude, good communication and information transfer skills.
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-controlled, careful, meticulous and responsible for work.
- Proficient in using Excel, Word, ... and related software.
- Good communication skills in English and ability to write reports in English.
