Responsible for operating, supervising and arranging tours.
Resolve inquiries and complaints from agents, customers, and suppliers.
Handle incidents (if any).
Report daily work to superiors.

A bachelor's degree in related fields is required.
Good command of English.
Must work night shift from 21:00 to 6:00
