Push sales and support hotel guides by providing information, coordinating tasks, and ensuring they handle guest services correctly.
Book all required services with suppliers (transportation, tickets, meals, activities...)
Confirm daily tour schedules and itineraries.
Arrange pick-up time and meeting points with guests, guides, and drivers.
Monitor ongoing tours, actively follow up with guides and suppliers, and solve any problems that arise during the tour or related activities promptly and effectively.
Check booking details and handle ticket-related tasks such as cancellations, refunds, date changes, or amendments requests.
Prepare payment requests and follow up on unpaid amounts with suppliers.
Work closely with internal teams, guides, and partners to make sure the tour runs smoothly.
Provide general support for daily tour operations and ensure good service for guests.
Yêu cầu
A bachelor's degree in related fields is required.
Good command of English.
Ready to work under pressure.
Experienced candidates are preferred.
